  • Make getting enough sleep a priority by aiming for at least 7 hours of sleep each night
  • Have consistency in when you go to bed, and when you wake up
  • Build a pre-sleep ritual like taking a warm bath, reading, meditation, or other activity that will signal your body it’s time for sleep
